receipt of Order Copy, pick the relevant items from racks/warehouse and place
them in right crates for completion of the entire assigned order An associate will handle the role of picker apart from unloading, stacking (FIFO), picking, and segregation. He / She will Keep track of all the stocks in assigned racks and flag any discrepancies to the manager. |
| Customer Experience Executive (Van delivery) |
The CEE is expected to travel along with the assigned Van and the driver for delivery of Orders allocated. Once the orders are delivered, cash if any has to be handed over to the hub. At all times decorum has to be maintained by the CEE |
| Delivery Executive Kirana (B2B) (Van delivery) |
The delivery executive has to deliver the order to Retail Clients as assgined by B2B hub. Support staff such as loaders accompany (offloading) during heavy orders. |
| CEE - Biker | The CEE is expected to deliver orders on a bike, of Orders allocated. Once the orders are delivered, cash if any has to be handed over to the hub. At all times decorum has to be maintained by the CEE. |
| BB Daily - CEE | Delivers milk at door step of customer, in the defined times |
