  • Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services
  • Handling inbound calls, emails, chats
  • Resolving technical issues for end users
  • Troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
  • Knowledge of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration
  • Good Customer problem solving skills


Education : Any Graduates

Experience : Freshers(0 to 3 Years)

Interview : Bangalore.

Required Documents (carry soft copies of below documents on USB Drive)


  • Present company offer or appraisal letter
  • Experience Letters for two recent employers
  • Last three months pay slips
  • Current Updated Resume
  • Any Government ID Proof
  • Copy of your highest education mark sheets(All years/semesters /Degree Certificate/Convocation Certificate)
  • Walkin will not be held on declared government leave
